# Unendlicher Regress

Definition

Unendlicher Regress ist das Problem, dass die Realität, die unsere simulierte Realität ausführt, ebenfalls simuliert sein könnte, ohne natürlichen Halt.

Rolle im Modell

Eine Simulation in einer Simulation ist nicht gratis. Jede Ebene muss die in ihr liegende ausführen. Das Fenster Regress übernimmt die Division. Bei den meisten Setups ist der Stapel flach. Bei den größten hat er die Tiefe null, weil das äußere Universum nicht einmal eine Kopie ausführen kann.
