# بازگشت جاودان

تعریف

بازگشت جاودان آزمایش فکری نیچه است از جهانی که دقیقاً، بارها و بی‌پایان تکرار می‌شود. او آن را به‌عنوان آزمونی مطرح کرد برای اینکه آیا به زندگی خودتان «آری» می‌گویید.

مدل زمان چرخه‌ای یک چرخه از جهان را ذخیره و بازپخش می‌کند. بیش از زمان خطی به‌علاوهٔ یک نوار بسیار بلند نمی‌طلبد. همچنین پرسش نیچه را از هر ساکن می‌پرسد: آیا می‌گویید «آری» به زندگی کردن دقیقاً همین زندگی دوباره، برای همیشه؟
