# مسئلهٔ دشوار

تعریف

مسئلهٔ دشوار پرسش از این است که چرا و چگونه فرایندهای فیزیکی اصلاً تجربه پدید می‌آورند. دیوید چالمرز این نام را ابداع کرد، تا آن را از مسئله‌های «آسان» توضیح رفتار و کارکرد جدا کند.

دستگیرهٔ مدل ذهن مسئله‌های آسان را می‌سنجد. مسئلهٔ دشوار در جمع کل نیست، چون هیچ‌کس نمی‌داند چه چیزی می‌طلبد.

نقش در مدل

جمع ذهن مسئله‌های آسان را دربر می‌گیرد: ادراک، حافظه و رفتار. همهٔ آن‌ها در اصل قابل محاسبه‌اند. مسئلهٔ دشوار در جمع نیست، چون هیچ‌کس نمی‌داند چه چیزی می‌طلبد، اگر چیزی بطلبد. وقتی جعبه‌شن می‌گوید یک سناریو «فکر می‌کند»، ادعا نمی‌کند سناریو حس می‌کند.
