# هستی‌شناسی

تعریف

هستی‌شناسی بخشی از متافیزیک است دربارهٔ اینکه چه چیزی وجود دارد و چه نوع چیزهایی هست.

در این سایت

اینکه آیا موجودات یک سناریو وجود دارند پرسشی هستی‌شناختی است. رقم محاسبات طرفی نمی‌گیرد.

نقش در مدل

رقم محاسبات دربارهٔ اینکه ساکنان یک سناریو وجود دارند یا نه طرفی نمی‌گیرد. محاسبه را می‌سنجد و همان‌جا می‌ایستد. اینکه یک آدم کاملاً شبیه‌سازی‌شده آدم است یا نه پرسشی هستی‌شناختی است. جعبه‌شن فقط با نشان دادن اینکه شبیه‌سازی چه می‌طلبد کمک می‌کند.
