# 無限後退

定義

無限後退とは、私たちの現実がシミュレートされているなら、それを動かしている現実もそうかもしれず、自然に止まる場所がないという問題です。

このサイトでは

後退のウィンドウ。各層は、その内側に入れ子になった層を動かさなければならないので、使える計算量が、最大の深さを決めます。

モデルの中での役割

シミュレーションの中のシミュレーションは、コストがかかります。各層は、その内側の層を動かさなければなりません。後退のウィンドウが、その割り算をします。ほとんどの構成では、階層は浅くなります。最大のものでは、深さがゼロです。外側の宇宙が、1つのコピーさえ動かせないからです。
