# FLOPS

Определение

FLOPS — число операций с плавающей запятой в секунду. Он измеряет, сколько арифметики может выполнить машина. Современный ноутбук делает около 10^13, а самые большие суперкомпьютеры — около 10^18.

FLOPS — единица для всего сайта. Каждая плитка и столбец показывают число операций в секунду в разном масштабе. Если вы знаете, что могут и чего не могут десять триллионов FLOPS ноутбука, вы можете прочесть любую другую цифру, считая порядки величины.
