# Giới hạn Lloyd

Định nghĩa

Giới hạn Lloyd là giới hạn vật lý của tính toán do Seth Lloyd (2000) tìm ra. Từ cơ học lượng tử, ông tính ra rằng một kilôgam vật chất làm được nhiều nhất khoảng 5 × 10^50 phép tính cơ bản mỗi giây. Với vũ trụ quan sát được, con số đó là khoảng 10^104 phép tính mỗi giây, và 10^120 trong suốt lịch sử vũ trụ.

Vai trò trong mô hình
