# Động lực học phân tử

Định nghĩa

Động lực học phân tử là một cách mô phỏng nguyên tử và phân tử trên máy tính. Nó đẩy tiến các phương trình Newton với các trường lực thực nghiệm, thường theo bước thời gian femtô giây. Đây là con ngựa thồ của hóa học tính toán.
