定义

块宇宙，是受相对论推动的一种观点：过去、现在和未来都同样真实，而时间的流逝并不是世界的基本特征。

在本站

“渲染起点”滑块把起点之前的一切当作背景故事。在块宇宙里，这一切都同样是当下。

在模型中的作用

如果所有的时间已经存在，“渲染起点”滑块测量的就是错的东西。不存在“开机之前”，只有一本已经印好的书的更早的几页。沙盒用的是另一种观点，即时间在展开，因为这是你能给它配上数字的那一种。
