# 时间步长

定义

时间步长，是模拟的一次更新与下一次更新之间的那段模拟时间。物理过程越快，所需的时间步长越小：原子用飞秒，电子用阿秒。

这就是原子这一档，每个原子每秒需要 10^15 次更新的原因。

在模型中的作用

细节会叠加两次：一次在你追踪多少样东西，一次在你多频繁地更新它们。原子每个飞秒都需要一个新位置，所以一个原子级的世界每秒要更新一千万亿次。这就是为什么越精细的物质精度下限，所需的算力远多于仅凭东西的数量所能推想的。
